Etho was brought in to brand Seattle House by Concord Pacific. A logo and brand language were created, with included the use of vertical lines found in the many louvers throughout the project.

Etho introduced a rhombus shape (taken from the Rize logo) and created a series of graphics that are used in Rize print materials, signage, and online.

Pavilion is a coworking space inspired by international hospitality. The branding was designed to reflect the interiors by Gaile Guevara Studio, with a mix of transitional touches set against a modern backdrop.
